Writeup - so here goes. It was a nice trip. I really needed the time alone and I really enjoyed it. I wasn't lonely, so the whole purpose of the trip was a success. The riding was good, St. Augustine was awesome but Gainesville was kind of a let down. It is sad that Tonya and I won't ever have another Christmas as a couple again - but life is full of changes and either you accept them and move on or you don't. I have to say that right now I'm happy. The summer was really tough and there were dark times when I wasn't sure about myself or my future. I am VERY happy to be past that. On the trip I got a lot of really good reading done, and I took the time to really think about my life, my values, who I want to be and the kind of people I want to share my life with. I did manage to spend some time on the phone with Carrie and as of right now she and I seem to really have something with potential. I am very fortunate to have good friends, you guys are all the best.
